Mark Gibbs

Senior Agronomist/Crop Consultant
Mark Gibbs is one of the original founding associates of OVS. He received his Degree in Horticulture from Michigan State University before moving out west. He has extensive knowledge of Grapes, Berries, Hazelnuts, Hops and Orchards; and is easily recognized as one of the best agronomists in all the northwest. He is an active youth baseball coach and enjoys season tickets to the Portland Timbers with his family.
Nick Arnold

Agronomist/Crop Consultant
Nick Arnold grew up around the vineyards of Yamhill County before receiving a degree from Oregon State University in Agriculture. He joined the OVS team of fruit and nut specialists in 2011, first starting out working with vineyard customers. He now works with grapes, berries and hazelnuts, and has become one of the leading consultants designing trellis systems for new developments. He is an avid fisherman, and when he isn’t spending his free time building custom rods, he is usually on a river somewhere doing research.
Joe Duyck

Joe Duyck rejoined the OVS team in 2016 serving growers as an Agronomist/Crop Advisor. Joe grew up on the family farm in Cornelius, Oregon growing a variety of crops that the family continues to sell today at their local farm stand. He received a degree in Crop & Soil Science from Oregon State University before starting his professional career working in the fertilizer plant for Pacific Harvest, then joining OVS in 2011. His passion for farming took him to Oregon Berry Packing as the Farm Manager where he honed his skills as a consultant before returning to OVS. His strong level of experience and friendly demeanor make him a great addition to the OVS Agronomy team.  Joe currently raises blueberries on his own farm with his wife and two children. 
Brian Wolf
Southern Oregon 
Territory Manager/Agronomist
Brian Wolf grew up working in his family’s vineyard in Sonoma before deciding to formalize his studies with a degree from Cal Poly-San Luis Obispo. He spent many years as a crop advisor and supplier to major growers in Southern Oregon. He has extensive experience with orchards and vineyards and is sought out as the leading agronomist for growing quality fruit in Southern Oregon. He joined the OVS team of fruit specialist in 2012 and currently serves as Territory Manager and primary agronomist for the OVS Medford facility. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys whitewater rafting with his family throughout the northwest.
Jon Meadors
Southern Oregon
Asst. Territory Manager/Crop Advisor
Jon Meadors grew up in the Rogue Valley working with orchards and vineyards. He received a degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University, before gaining extensive agricultural knowledge working as an orchard and vineyard manager for over 20 years. He joined OVS's team of fruit specialists in 2013 to support and consult to our Southern Oregon growers. He is recently married and enjoys his free time gardening and making wine.
Dan Clark
Territory Manager 
Eastern Washington & Oregon
Dan Clark joined the team at OVS as our eastside territory manager when we joined forces with Jim’s Supply Company to offer the best products and pricing for orchard and vineyard supplies to Northwest Growers. Dan has worked as a JSC manufacturer’s sales rep since 2010 serving the eastern Washington and Oregon region and now represents the full line of products and material by OVS as well.  Before joining the OVS team of fruit specialists, Dan served our country for 8 years in the military, serving in two conflicts in the Gulf War. He grew up in Northern Washington working in his family’s orchards and packing plants. He enjoys an active lifestyle with his new bride, cross-fit training, outdoor activities, and training horses.
Ron Benitz
Crop Advisor/Account Mgr. Eastern Washington
Ron joined OVS in 2015 to help us grow our efforts to better serve the vineyard and tree fruit community of Eastern Washington and Oregon. Born and raised on the family farm in Prosser, Washington, he received his education in marketing while continuing to work on the family farm. Ron has been a proven and respected Crop Advisor specializing in vineyards and tree fruit crops for 30 years. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family raising and showing horses.
Satpaul Neger
Territory Manager
Northwest Washington
Satpaul Neger joined OVS in 2016 as our Territory Manager for Northwest Washington, based in Lynden.  He grew up farming berries on his family's farms in Washington and Canada, and graduated from Washington State University with a degree in International Business. In his free time he enjoys playing on the family farm with his wife and two young children.
Wayne Ackermann
Business Development Mgr.
Agronomy Sales Mgr.
Wayne Ackermann joined the team at OVS in 2009 to promote and grow OVS geographical sales regions. As Business Development manager for OVS, he works as sales manager to our outside agronomic team, and is involved in many of OVS’ new development projects. He was raised on a dairy and tree farm in Washington, before receiving his education in Business Management from Arizona State and Linfield College. He worked for many years in finance and industrial sales before returning to his agricultural roots with OVS. He is an avid fly fisherman, car collector, and spends much of his time with his family tending to the farm.
